OUR START

In GWJ, Punjab, U Digital Tech was established in 2019. We found that audio transcription was a major source of frustration for both transcribers and clients during that period. Clients struggled to locate a trustworthy and reputable transcribing service. When faced with huge orders, the transcribers struggled to maintain quality and had to expend excessive amounts of time and effort. We made the decision to concentrate on audio transcription and develop a system that could manage high quantities, minimised the amount of manual labour needed for transcription, and included built-in quality checks and balances.
